Imedeen is a cosmetic skincare product which is presented in tablet (pill) form. When taken, results are only apparent after 90 days, which equates to £120 of product spend, requiring a lot of belief and the discipline to stay the course (four out of ten new customers drop out before the all-important 90 day milestone).
We needed to bridge the gap between face-to-face sales and passive retail distribution by delivering immediate emotional benefits – whilst the product is working under the skin. To achieve beautiful skin takes time and dedication.
We endevoured to understand customers’ needs and motivations – and to design a content experience – from website, to social and beyond, that best addressed these needs as the target audience embark on their product journey from acquisition to advocacy.
